As an individual host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you could follow these house rules and confirm that it has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules can not be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of canceling the booking penalty free as we have a Strict Cancellation policy. Thank you in advance, and I truly appreciate your cooperation!
HOUSE RULES:
🔹️ LUGGAGE CARTS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN ANY CONDO AT SUNRISE BEACH DUE TO DAMAGE TO THE CONDO WHICH HAS OCCURRED IN THE PAST. WE MONITOR THIS THROUGH THE RING CAMERA LOCATED OUTSIDE BY THE FRONT DOOR. VIOLATING THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN A $100.00 FINE.
🔹️Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
🔹️There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains will apply.
🔹️PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES after use. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees will apply.
• All vehicles parked in the garage must be registered within the Sunrise Beach registration system (managed by Guestsvcs.com). THERE IS A PARKING FEE OF $40.00. Unregistered vehicles may be booted or towed at the guest’s expense by the H.O.A.
SIDE NOTE - Please note that onsite parking is limited to cars and trucks under 6’8″. Pull trailers, jet-skis, buses, and oversized vehicles are not allowed in the garage. Also, if you have a roof-top luggage cargo carrier on top of your vehicle, such that your vehicle is over 6’8″, you will not be able to fit/park in the parking garage.
🔹️Please take out all of your trash and throw it down the trash chutes, which are located directly out your front door in the hall to the left ( by the Hvac units)
🔹️We have in the past had guests take advantage of our max occupancy rule. Again, we have a ring doorbell camera. We know how many stay at the property. Panama City Beach has regulations in place regarding max occupancy in ALL vacation rentals. Please be truthful when you state the number of guests in your party. Having said that, I am willing to work with you to the best of my abilities on the matter.
Any guest in violation will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund.
🔹️Please be aware that from time to time, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not open. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
🔹️Please do not rearrange our furniture.
🔹️ In the event the renter is found to be having or had a party without permission from the host, any fines, extra cleaning fees or damages incurred will be the sole responsibility of the the lessee. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, security and the local authorities will be contacted and the guest will be required to vacate the property immediately WITH NO REFUNDS ISSUED.
🔹️If any of our guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
🔹️Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, and is also my home when I stay in Panama City Beach, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
